Text Box: The Butterfield Agency has been serving Lima and the surrounding area since 1942. Beginning with Mel Butterfield’s vision, the family owned independent agency has provided client oriented service for almost 70 years. We are proud to have family from both the third and fourth generations as current members of the agency. Our entire staff’s experience exceeds 80 years in the insurance industry, exclusively with the Butterfield Agency. Our goal is to cater to each individual client. We want to combine the best service with the right coverage, at the right price. We understand that a good relationship requires personal contact on a continuous basis. We provide that to our clients, with annual reviews of all policies. Along with this, we pride ourselves in educating the customer and finding them the coverage that fits their needs. We believe that our service to our clients, especially when a claim arises, is what separates us from the rest.
